CCRTIS processes applications in the order they are received. If your application is taking longer than the time indicated on the RCMP website, you can call RCMP AT 613-998-6362 OR send an email to ccrtis-scictr@rcmp-grc.gc.ca with the following information:

• Full name

• Date of birth

• Phone number

• Document control number (DCN) (if applicable)

• The date the application was submitted to RCMP

• The type of application you submitted - (Criminal Record check for...)

Unfortunately, DTC Fingerprinting Services Inc. does not receive any tracking information for applications. This means that once the fingerprints have been submitted from our office, RCMP handles the application.
