The RCMP C-216 form is the Canadian form that is used for fingerprinting. This is the form that is provided to clients with the use of our digital system. Your fingerprints will be taken with the use of our digital inkless scanner, then the fingerprints will be printed on to this form automatically.

The C-216 form is used when countries (except the US) require physical, paper-based fingerprints for a criminal background check.

The form will be provided by us but will have to be mailed to the country of choice by the client.

We also provide the FD-258/FD-1164 card which is the standard fingerprinting card used to obtain a police clearance from the US.
